1. How do I receive my files? After your purchase you will download a PDF. Open that PDF and click the Download Now button. It will take you to a Google Drive folder where you must click Request Access.
2. How long does it take to get access? We manually verify each order to protect our designs and we typically approve all requests within minutes. Please ensure you included your Order Number in the request message so we can verify your purchase quickly.
3. What file formats are included? All our models are provided in STL format which is the industry standard for 3D printing. These files are compatible with almost all slicing software like Cura, PrusaSlicer and Lychee.
4. Can I sell the physical prints of these files? Yes. You have full permission to sell physical 3D prints made from our files. You are only restricted from reselling or sharing the digital STL files themselves.
5. Are the models pre supported? Please check the individual product description. Most of our resin focused models come with pre supported options while FDM focused models are designed to be printed with standard slicer supports.
6. I am having trouble printing a file. Can you help? Absolutely. If you run into a technical issue with a file geometry please email us at Every3DSTL@gmailcom or message us on WhatsApp at +447474766383. Please include a screenshot of the issue if possible.
7. Can I get a refund? Because our products are digital downloads we cannot offer refunds once the PDF has been downloaded. However if there is a technical defect with the file we will work with you to fix it or provide a replacement immediately.
