Digital Delivery Every product sold on EverySTL is a digital STL file. No physical product will be shipped to your address. After payment is confirmed you will receive a PDF with instructions to access your files via Google Drive. We aim to approve all access requests within minutes.
Usage Rights and Licensing When you purchase a file from EverySTL you are granted a license to use the model. You have full permission to sell physical 3D prints made from our files. However you are strictly prohibited from selling, sharing, or distributing the digital STL files in any form. The digital files remain the intellectual property of EverySTL.
Refunds and Cancellations Due to the nature of digital downloads all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds or cancellations once the PDF has been downloaded or access to the Google Drive has been requested. If you have a technical issue with a file please contact us and we will provide a replacement or a fix immediately.
Technical Requirements It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they have the correct software and hardware to use STL files. Our files are compatible with standard slicing software such as Cura, Lychee, and PrusaSlicer.
Order Verification To maintain the security of our designs we manually verify each order. Please ensure you provide your correct Order Number when requesting access to the Google Drive folder to avoid any delays.
