Agreement to Terms By accessing the EverySTL website and purchasing our digital products you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the site including browsers and customers.
Digital Delivery and Access EverySTL provides digital STL files for 3D printing. No physical items are shipped. Upon purchase you receive a PDF containing a link to a Google Drive folder. You must request access to this folder and provide your Order Number for verification. We strive to approve all requests within minutes.
Intellectual Property and Licensing All digital files and designs are the intellectual property of EverySTL. Your purchase grants you a license to use these files under the following conditions:
Physical Sales: You have full permission to sell physical 3D prints made from our STL files.
Digital Restriction: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, sharing, copying, or distributing the digital STL files or any part of the digital design.
Modifications: You may not modify our digital files to create new digital products for sale.
User Responsibilities You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for ensuring you have the necessary hardware and software to use STL files. You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Accuracy of Information We attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and images. However we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are 100 percent accurate, complete, or error free. If a file has a technical error we will correct it as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Modifications to Service and Prices Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice.
Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
