Refund Policy

Digital Goods Policy Due to the digital nature of our products all sales are final. Once you have downloaded the PDF or requested access to the Google Drive folder we cannot offer a refund or an exchange. Unlike physical goods digital files cannot be returned which is why we maintain a strict no refund policy.

Technical Issues and Support Your satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter a technical issue such as a corrupted file or a geometry error that prevents printing please contact us immediately. We will verify the issue and provide a fixed version of the file or a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Duplicate Purchases If you accidentally purchased the same item twice in two separate transactions please contact us at Every3DSTL@gmailcom within 24 hours. We will verify the duplicate order and issue a refund for the second payment.

Access Problems If you are having trouble gaining access to the Google Drive please message us on WhatsApp at +447474766383 with your Order Number. We approve requests within minutes and will ensure you get your files quickly. We do not offer refunds for delays caused by a customer failing to provide the correct Order Number or a valid Google account.

Acceptance of Terms By completing your purchase and downloading the access PDF you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
